My name is Hannah and I’m an accredited counsellor through the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am passionate about creating a safe space for people to share whatever they may be feeling or struggling with. My aim is to help people take care of their mental health by supporting clients to work through issues that may be affecting their mood and well-being.

Accessing sessions

It’s really important to me that my counselling service is easy to access, so that more people can avail of mental health support without the added stress of expensive fees or fitting appointments into their schedules. I am offering counselling sessions both online and over the telephone, depending on what clients would prefer. I can also offer sessions during evenings and weekends if this suits clients best.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is free and it involves a phone call between myself and the client. This gives us an opportunity to get to know one another a little better and provides the client with a chance to ask any questions they might have. At this stage, I’ll also be asking a little more about what brings you to counselling and what you’d like to explore in sessions. If we both feel that I’m a good fit for the client, then we can go ahead with booking an initial counselling session.

Clients can now book a free consultation by using my online booking system, which can be found under the ‘Scheduling’ section of this website or by simply clicking here.

Counselling sessions

I offer counselling sessions in person, through video call and phone call. Rates for sessions vary from £40-£75 depending on the duration and type of session booked. Appointments can be booked using the ‘Scheduling’ section of this website or by simply clicking here.

Note: Please do not book a session if we have not already had a consultation and discussed our counselling contract.

If for any reason you are unable to attend a pre-booked appointment, clients are asked to let me know 24 hours before the arranged appointment. This will give us the opportunity to rearrange your session.
